Meditation or Yoga for Kids (Gentle Movement & Mindfulness)
Description: Even in challenging times, finding inner peace is possible. These gentle sessions introduce children to age-appropriate meditation, breathing exercises, and simple, calming yoga poses. It's a safe space to learn relaxation techniques, reduce anxiety, and connect with their bodies in a gentle way.
